Le premier avait \u00e9t\u00e9 le Protocole de Kyoto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Vous ne verrez pas Stephen Harper se retirer de trait\u00e9s commerciaux. Ceux qui sont dans sa mire concernent l\u2019environnement. Quel genre de message envoyons-nous \u00e0 nos partenaires africains en se retirant d\u2019un trait\u00e9 visant \u00e0 stopper l\u2019avanc\u00e9e du d\u00e9sert ? Que cette annonce survienne quelques jours apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision des Conservateurs de liquider l\u2019ACDI est pitoyable \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la chef du Parti vert du Canada et d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Saanich-Gulf Islands, Mme Elizabeth May.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019ONU et la communaut\u00e9 internationale perdent de plus en plus confiance en nous.
