Le Trait\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenu loin des yeux du public canadien et du Parlement jusqu\u2019au\u00a026\u00a0septembre\u00a02012, aumoment o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en Chambre et r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 au public tout en douceur. Pas de communiqu\u00e9 de presse, pas de s\u00e9ance d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<p>Le Parti vert du Canada a men\u00e9 la charge contre ce trait\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa campagne <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenparty.ca\/fr\/stop-the-sellout\" target=\"_blank\">Aider la Chine \u00e0 nous acheter\u00a0? Non Merci\u00a0!<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019il aurait pu, il y a des mois, ratifier ce trait\u00e9, une opposition muscl\u00e9e de Canadiens, de tous milieux et de toutes all\u00e9geances politiques, a forc\u00e9 de nombreux d\u00e9put\u00e9s, y compris de nombreux Conservateurs honn\u00eates, \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 deux fois avant de c\u00e9der un tel pouvoir \u00e0 un gouvernement \u00e9tranger. Nous supposons que c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce toll\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui a oblig\u00e9 le premier ministre \u00e0 mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la ratification du trait\u00e9 pendant quelque temps.<\/p>\n<p>Lundi, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s seront appel\u00e9s \u00e0 voter sur une motion du\u00a0NPD r\u00e9clamant que le Canada ne ratifie pas le Trait\u00e9 Canada-Chine sur les investissements. Nous appuyons vigoureusement cette motion et nous croyons qu\u2019elle exprime la volont\u00e9 des Canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019instant, tant les Conservateurs que les Lib\u00e9raux ont promis de voter contre la motion du\u00a0NPD. Les Lib\u00e9raux ont toutefois propos\u00e9 une motion de compromis, que nous appuyons \u00e9galement et qui, \u00e0 notre avis, sonnerait le d\u00e9but d\u2019un dialogue et de consultations v\u00e9ritables entre les partis au sujet du Trait\u00e9 Canada-Chine sur les investissements.<\/p>\n<p>Pourriez-vous prendre quelques minutes de votre temps pour appeler ou \u00e9crire \u00e0 vos d\u00e9put\u00e9s lib\u00e9raux et vos d\u00e9put\u00e9s du NPD afin de leur demander de trouver un compromis pour emp\u00eacher que le Trait\u00e9 ne soit ratifi\u00e9 SANS consultation publique? <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenparty.ca\/fr\/stop-the-sellout\/letter-to-mp\" target=\"_blank\">Merci d\u2019utiliser notre formulaire en ligne.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant tout, s\u2019il vous pla\u00eet, appelez ou \u00e9crivez \u00e0 vos d\u00e9put\u00e9s conservateurs. Demandez-leur de se lever pour le Canada et de voter de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 emp\u00eacher le premier ministre Harper de ratifier ce trait\u00e9 \u00e0 notre insu.
