On ne m&#8217;a jamais accord\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 de me prononcer au sujet d&#8217;un projet de loi dans le cadre d&#8217;un d\u00e9bat assujetti \u00e0 une attribution de temps. La derni\u00e8re fois, dans le cadre du d\u00e9bat sur le projet de loi C-60, le ministre m&#8217;a dit \u00ab Pourquoi n&#8217;intervenez-vous pas \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape du comit\u00e9? \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi? Parce que les d\u00e9put\u00e9s des autres partis ne m&#8217;ont jamais autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Ce recours constant \u00e0 l&#8217;attribution de temps est un processus non d\u00e9mocratique.
