Canada is facing a water crisis that can only be addressed through strong multi-scale national collaboration and co-ordination, especially with respect to monitoring, forecasting, and research.
The United Nation’s World Water Day (March 22nd), an internationally recognized day of action on water, provides an opportunity to reflect on the strengths, challenges, and opportunities that comprise Canada’s water futures.
