Over the past six months, the Victoria Saanich Citizens’ Assembly on Municipal Amalgamation has engaged in an in-depth study, heard from experts, and deliberated on the question of a potential merger between the two municipalities. Elizabeth May will be attending the closing ceremony at Camosun College’s Lansdowne campus where Assembly members will present a draft version of their final report and share reflections on their work.
