Elizabeth May: Mr. Speaker, I rise on the same point of order. We had attempted, at least on my part and I know the other opposition parties and certainly the official opposition made many attempts, to negotiate. I will make one attempt at least for my willingness to give unanimous consent for this–
Some hon. members: Oh, oh!

Elizabeth May: Mr. Speaker, I must then conclude that the suggestion of any kind of co-operation at this stage was a bad faith offer. I had an offer but I do not think it is welcome.
The Acting Speaker: Does the Chief Government Whip have unanimous consent for his motion?
