Elizabeth May: With regard to the Montreal Port Authority: (a) was the Prime Minister’s Spokesperson, Dimitri Soudas, involved in any way in the appointment of the Montreal Port Authority’s Chief Executive Officer; and (b) if the answer to (a) is in the affirmative, (i) what are the details of this involvement, (ii) did the Prime Minister consent to this involvement?
