“Today is Canada’s Agriculture Day! Our farmers and producers are crucial for ensuring a sustainable and healthy food supply for Canadians. Agriculture is one of the largest sectors being impacted by the effects of climate change. Farmers need to be supported by their governments as they adopt sustainable practices and build resiliency against a shifting climate and increasingly frequent rates of environmental disasters.”
